In June of last year, a partial revision of the Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act and other related laws was made. In order to increase the market potential of foundational joint research and development outcomes from companies, universities, and others, efforts have been made to strengthen the formulation and utilization of an Open & Close Strategy that integrates standardization and intellectual property, through the certification of ‘Specific New Demand Development Business Plans.’
This forum aims to provide information on these initiatives and related activities, as well as networking opportunities in collaboration with certified companies and universities. We hope that this will contribute to building an ecosystem involving various stakeholders who are interested in the social implementation of joint research with universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
