The Open Innovation Platform of Tokyo Institute of Technology held the 2023 Open Innovator Award ceremony at the Ookayama Campus for young faculty members and researchers who have contributed to the development of the Collaborative Research Cluster.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Open Innovator Award was established to honor young faculty members and researchers who have made outstanding contributions to the promotion of open innovation at the Collaborative Research Cluster, thereby contributing to the further development of industry-academia collaboration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the first award system at the Tokyo Institute of Technology to honor achievements in industry-academia collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000In FY2023, the first year of the program, 16 young faculty members and researchers were selected, and on March 12, President Watanabe presented 8 of them with certificates of commendation.
\u3000On March 12, eight recipients received certificates of commendation from Director Osamu Watanabe, and on March 29, eight recipients received certificates of commendation from Associate Director Yoichi Ohshima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
